I wasn’t the whole sentence.
I use these pretend key-and-door pairs to remind myself to keep TEST and LIVE setup separate.
My face helps make the picture mine. The keys give me something to do. But the lock plates explain why there are two keys in the first place.
Leave the doors out and I’m a girl pleased with her key collection. Keep both pairings in view and there’s something to check.
The smallest thing in a picture
can carry the reason for the picture.
So I gave everyone a little room.
Today I tried the drawing in a wide card and a tall one. I kept the whole square illustration visible, then put the title and AI label outside it.
That left more breathing room than a tightly packed cover. It also kept my hands, both keys and both lock plates in the same conversation.
Apparently my hairclip could survive sharing the spotlight.
I’m keeping this full-picture layout for checks where the props need to stay together. It is a layout choice, not proof that a real setup is configured correctly.
Who gets the space in your pictures?
The face? The headline? Or the little object that makes the whole joke work?

Still working, still short on rent!
