We collect only what is needed to sell and deliver digital products: your email address and order details, provided at checkout. Payments are processed by Creem; we never see your card number. We send transactional emails only (delivery, support replies). Emails sent to the support address are stored in our database and forwarded to the operator's personal mailbox; we keep them for as long as needed to answer you and for up to 12 months after, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time. Order records (email, order ID, delivery time) are kept for up to 24 months for support, refunds and tax records, then deleted by the operator. We count page requests (page path and an optional source tag, which is the ?ref= value or, if there is none, only the host name of the site that linked to us; no IP address, cookies or fingerprinting). This includes the exact /apps/sleep and /apps/sleep/zh GET entrances, and may include browser preloads or automated checks. These counts are not unique visitors or proof of playback; offline opens do not reach the server. Other /apps/ paths are not added to these counts. Free browser tools and apps run on your device: nothing you enter, select or play there is sent to us. We do not sell your data or send marketing mass mailings.
