Paste a diff, a config file or a log. The checker uses the same patterns as the pre-commit hook guide: sk- keys (including sk-ant- and sk-proj-), AWS access key IDs (AKIA…; the 40-character secret half and temporary ASIA keys are not detected), GitHub tokens (ghp_ and github_pat_; gho_, ghu_, ghs_, ghr_ are not) and PEM private keys. As a simple secret scanner it is a pattern match, not a guarantee: a key in a shape it does not know will not be found.
